We take pride in our efficient handling process. Your order will be prepared and dispatched within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 3 days. Please note that our team operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time/Transit Time:
Once your order has been shipped, the transit time will vary depending on your location. Expect a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 5 days for delivery, subject to our shipping schedule. Deliveries also take place from Monday to Saturday

Shipping Cost:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping costs will be applied to your purchase.

Order tracking
We understand how exciting it is to receive a package and that’s why we provide a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order all the way home! However, please be patient and allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and don’t see any information available, don’t worry. This simply means that the carrier has not yet processed your package.

Once your package has been scanned into their system, tracking events will begin to populate the tracking page, and you can keep an eye on your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Item not received
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet the tracking status shows it’s delivered, please contact the mail carrier to find your item, as once the item has been dispatched we have no control over it (once it’s in the carrier’s hands).
